These guys are amazing! The Feb 2021 winter storm cracked my pump, filter and two valves. My normal service provider could not secure parts timely and kept raising the price of repairs, without having the parts in hand! After a month of waiting I reached out to a few other providers to see if anybody could help. Maui came through. He was actually in a pool store and found the parts I needed, remembered my query on Angi and called me to ask if I still needed them. That was very impressive! We worked out the price and he purchased the items and dropped them at my house the same day. Within a week he was here to install. Perfect installation, fair pricing and all around great team. I cannot be more pleased. Will definitely use these guys for all my servicing and repair needs.

At first, the service was good, but something changed a couple of months ago and I was continually having to call the owner to make a second trip to fix cloudiness, take care of algae, etc. He was also not consistent with the days of service and keeping me informed when he wasn't going to make the scheduled day. After two months of inconsistent/bad service, I had to cancel.

Aduato was knowledgeable, easy to schedule with, and fixed the problem for us very quickly. If you're looking for pool service or repair I would recommend going with Maui Pool Services!

Very satisfied by the service The technician knew his job well. I had Algiers issues but he was able to find the root cause. A defective part in the filter. He kept me informed every steps Sent pictures every time he visited the pool. Excellent professionals. A little expensive though, but great.

This company is a joke. He wants to visit on his time. Sometimes dont even show up. Not professional at all. The company wanted to come every week during the winter season. This company is all about making money off of you. Be aware if he says something is broken.

We hired Adauto a couple of months ago and our pool hasn't looked this good in years. Our pool wasn't working quite right and our previous pool company ignored our requests to find the problems. Adauto took the time to investigate all potential causes and came up with several issues that had not been maintained by our previous pool company. He prioritized the needed repairs and has been going down the list taking care of them as we approve the repairs. If you are looking for pool maintenance and/or repair, call Adauto. He is very responsive, professional and does a great job. If I had realized what a drastic difference it would make I would have reached out to him a long time ago!

I used Adauto and Maui Pools for several years to repair and maintain my pool. His weekly pool service was phenomenal. The pool was always clean and clear and inviting to swim in. He was able to keep my old equipment running and was always available by phone to answer any questions. When I needed equipment replaced, he did an excellent job at a reasonable price.

CALL them first!! I had 2 other companies that told me nothing was wrong with my pool and 3 others tell me they were to busy, so when I called Maui I was almost in tears. He came out the next day (after trying to help me on the phone) and fixed my pool!!! It works again!!! He was so very nice in explaining how my pump works (which I never knew) and showed me so I could understand what the problem was and best of all.....he fixed it!!! We will now be using them for weekly service so I never have to deal with this again. THANK YOU SOOOO MUCH!!!

Adauto cleaned up our algae issue for a nominal fee, at which point we hired him to do our weekly pool cleaning. He has been cleaning our pool since July of 2016. We have been pleased with the work Adauto has done and the professionalism he continually shows.

Adauto is everything you'd want from a pool service company.  He personally answered my call (no phone service to take a message) and offered to come and check out my pool within a few days.  We set up a time and he was very punctual and knowledgeable.  We had a problem with our pool not filling up with enough water, so we had to manually fill it with a hose.  We knew it had to do with our auto-fill and when he checked it, he said it was running ok and that it was up to me if I wanted to replace it - no pressure at all!  So we decided to replace it since it would act up at times.  Then he found a spring door in our unit that wasn't holding the water in our jacuzzi, so we had him fix that, as well as some worn out O-rings.  These were contributing factors to our pool not retaining the water.  He replaced everything on the spot, as he had the tools/supplies in his truck.  What originally started out as me wanting a quote, turned out to him fixing it right then and there.  You couldn't ask for better service!  Also his pricing was fair.  I've used 2 pool services from Angie's list and have not been happy with them.  So Maui Pool Services was my third company to try, and my experience was great.  I highly recommend this company to anyone needing any kind of service on their pool/jacuzzi.

PERFECTION! I hired him for weekly service based on his honesty, directness and professionalism. He did not know that I was watching as he placed my chaise lounges and planters back in the right places due to being out of kilter due to the line blow-out procedure. The company I was with had guys cleaning who were there for 15 minutes and gone, the best cleaning I had gotten was when the regular guy was on vacation and a sub was in. I TRUST this company, I TRUST Adauto who is the company owner. Maui may not be the biggest pool service in Dallas but they are trustworthy...I celebrate them and am thrilled to have them as my service provider!

The owner is very nice and attentive to your needs.  I will use this service again.  He services many pools in Canyon Creek.   The cost was less than I expected and the work was well done.
