Staggs PlumbingWhen I asked them to go ahead and repair it, they did so quickly, removing the toilet, replacing the seal with a larger one, and caulking to cover all gaps. The smell was gone permanently that day.
Plumber fixed a water line leak coming into house from well. He used high quality components-replaced the old cutoff valve and fixed the leak. He also tightened up a couple of leaking faucets and told me how to repair them in the future. Overall, a job well done.
