My 90 year old mom and I had no water. My son came over and primed the pump which is usually all it needs. Except this time it stopped again. Lone Star was the 3rd company I called all of them said Monday. However after I told Lone Star we were 2 old ladies and needed the water he was able to work us in. He took care of our problem and was very friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. Thank you so much for rescuing us. I will only use you from now on.

You're too expensive for a retired person and it only took about 20 minutes to repair. $208.00. I won't recommend your company.

Matt was friendly and professional and was able to identify pretty quick that the control box was bad. It was a weekend and I was without water. Very reasonable as well.
