He proceeded to clean the hot wire because it was corroded with rust. I'm sure a any other technician would have took the easy way and just start to order electrical parts that would have been costly. He saved me so much money and trouble and had the repair done in a matter of minutes. He was very honest and professional and would recommend him to all looking for any type of repairs.
