"Travis is an awesome guy. He arrived on time. We went through my prioritized list and he gave me an initial timing estimate right there.  I had purchased the 2 hour service coupon and he indicated that he may need an additional hour, because replacing a garbage disposal typically is a 2 hour job in itself due to the required plumbing work.
In addition to finishing the work ahead of the 3 hour mark, the installation of the disposal and the drywall repair were very well done.  He also gave me advice on how to install a double robe hook, a bathroom shelf, and a shower shaving mirror. He spotted an incorrect plumbing connection on the kitchen sink (the tub not containing the disposer) and gave me instructions on how I could fix it myself (what type of putty to use, etc.), as well as instructions on how to work with PVC pipe in order to keep it from leaking.
Overall he was very helpful and easy to work with.  He was eager to give advice on any topic I asked about, and was very free to share what he was doing to solve my problems.  I would definitely call him again.

"For starters, I was somehow allowed to purchase a Big Deal through this company even though they didn't service my area. The person I spoke to (I assume it was the owner) was professional about it and said since I had already purchased it he would honor it even though they didn't normally service my area (Leander, bordering Cedar Park). 
My house was built in 2006 so it's not very old. I'm sure the grout has never been cleaned though. They came out and cleaned it and when I got home I literally didn't think they had cleaned anything (my wife was home and saw them clean it though). I called them back, told them I wasn't happy and they said they would come back out for no charge. Again, very professional and much appreciated.
They came back out and this time they used an additional brush to hand scrub the grout after the machine. My wife confirmed that they didn't do this the first time. I spoke to the second cleaner and we found a spot before he started that was tucked away in a corner and obviously clean due to it never really being walked on and he agreed that all of the grout should look like that spot when he was done. After the cleaning the grout is wet and therefore you can't really tell how clean it is. Unfortunately, after it dried it still was not as clean as the clean spot in the corner. However, there was a noticeable improvement between the first and second cleaning."

It is more than just a softener, it's a clarification system as well, it crops out solids and everything. They've got a service tech that's really knowledgeable and knows his business. "DAV Construction was hired to replace a damaged roof and gutters. They did a professional job of discussing the bid with me. However, this was more than a roofing job. I had an issue with water seeping through my second floor brick that continued to damage my interior and patio cover. We all thought it was a poor trim installation. Alex took a hard core position of helping me correct the problem. We had to repair any openings in the existing brick and applied a water sealant. I even had a phone call several months later after a heavy rain storm to see if we had any visible leaks. All was good and the extra effort was was high on the scale of taking care of the customer. The person who did the actual repairs was very thorough. He did find an issue and corrected that problem, did an overall check of the rest of the roof, and corrected some other areas. "It went fabulously well! We were on a limited budget but still wanted to give the kitchen a "face lift".
When we installed our counter-tops years ago we chose bone colors for tile and grout. Through the years this had stained terribly and some tiles were very worn out from me bleaching them. Several had cracks and pieces missing.
Great Grout worked with us to locate tile that matched our nearly 20 year old ceramic tile (not easy!). The crew came in and meticulously removed all old grout. They replaced all end cap tiles and several counter top tiles. Then they re grouted with a much darker grout color. Afterwards they sealed everything. It looks terrific!! Much better than we anticipated.
Giovanni was very prompt and responsive in his communication with us throughout the entire process.  The crew worked very hard and cleaned up afterwards. 
We are VERY pleased and already have another project in mind already!
