"Travis is an awesome guy. He arrived on time. We went through my prioritized list and he gave me an initial timing estimate right there.  I had purchased the 2 hour service coupon and he indicated that he may need an additional hour, because replacing a garbage disposal typically is a 2 hour job in itself due to the required plumbing work.
In addition to finishing the work ahead of the 3 hour mark, the installation of the disposal and the drywall repair were very well done.  He also gave me advice on how to install a double robe hook, a bathroom shelf, and a shower shaving mirror. He spotted an incorrect plumbing connection on the kitchen sink (the tub not containing the disposer) and gave me instructions on how I could fix it myself (what type of putty to use, etc.), as well as instructions on how to work with PVC pipe in order to keep it from leaking.
Overall he was very helpful and easy to work with.  He was eager to give advice on any topic I asked about, and was very free to share what he was doing to solve my problems.  I would definitely call him again.

"They were not equipped to clean shower grout and tile and did not do a satisfactory job. Had to hire another grout and tile company to re-do the job. Great Grout, on the other hand, did a great job.

"The installation went well. Justin from sales is awesome and took all the inputs and scheduled the installation appropriately. The installation team Doug and JD are excellent. They worked very hard in the hot sun and installed very patiently. Very cooperative, cleared all the questions we have. We had an issue with the drainage of the purifier as it occupied our washer and dryer which prevented our washing machine installation and Costco denied the installation. But upon contacting prostar Doug or JD came and resolved the issue in no time. He installed the washer and dryer as well. Really appreciate the team and their services.."

"Two out of three were completed. The request was to install a box for the dryer vent, but the workman decided to just make a bigger hole in the wall behind the dryer and change the hookup. Not what I had requested, but the hubster did not know that I wanted to specifically have a box for fire prevention and agreed. The light ballast needed to be replaced, but since one couldn't be located at Home Depot (only place he looked), that didn't get completed. I am disappointed that this didn't get completed. I haven't been contacted as to coming back to get this done, so I probably won't ask again. This is frustrating."

Project completed, though I'm still awaiting final receipt still after work completion I have their initial receipt and work was done to satisfaction. "Richard and Maxwell were great to work with and we would definitely hire them again. They were very responsive to any issues that arose and were quick to communicate with us and fix them. They were much more affordable than some of the other bids we received yet at the same time, their experience and professionalism really showed. They know what they are doing and have very qualified craftsmen subs that they work with on a constant basis. Our project was challenging as it required some interesting framing decisions based on the shape of our house, but they came up with good solutions for any issues faced. They really did an excellent job and they offer a good value based on price if you don't want to manage the project yourself. The project took longer than we expected but I think that's how things generally go when remodeling. Overall, we came in very close to our initial estimate, other than some of the allowances which we exceeded based on some of the selections we made (marble counter tops, floor to ceiling built-ins throughout the entire closet, etc. Our project finished 6 months ago but there were a few minor things that we noticed much later on. Blue Diamond came to the rescue to fix the few things that came up (one cracked tile, a scuffed up counter top, a slow link in a sink) at no charge and was quick on the turnaround. Their warranty is great and it shows that they stand by their products and their labor. 
Again, very happy with the job Blue Diamond did. Richard and Maxwell are great!
