"It went great! Robert was so nice and explained everything about the various systems and the warrantees. Based on my needs, I selected the appropriate softener. Within a day or so, I was contacted for install and the 2 young men showed up promptly. They were so courteous and skilled at what they were doing. The install went without a hitch. Although it has only been a few days, I'm very happy with the system and know it will be helping everything in my house last much longer (without having clogged pipes). The Puronics system has been around for a long time and is known for water softening. I am very comfortable I made the best choice, since there are so many companies to chose from for softeners. Robert called upon completion of the job to ensure I was happy. He is concerned with customer satisfaction and knows he has a great product. I am very pleased with the customer service.

"I've had them for probably a year. I had to have them come out once and they were very good. They were excellent. They did what they said. One of the things they fixed didn't work so well and they came back immediately. It was on a garbage disposal, but they were excellent. I haven't run into any problems. The quality of work is excellent. Nice people come out. It was fine. Everything worked out really well with them. I wish it was cheaper, but what am I going to do? It's within my reach. I'm retired and I don't have a budget. It's still reachable. It's understandable, even though you don't want that."
