"Brian was extremely nice and did a good job. Was not fully impressed as cable management on mount needed to be addressed by myself later. Bought the $99 package which should have covered work done. But to Brians defense he did come out on Saturday before Superbowl, whicg was nice. But I guess i should have not been so talkative, as time about 3.5-4 hours @home l but we talked about future possible needs. He stated he was in no rush, which i thought to mean no worries. But then it turned out to be a slight concern as i was billed $260 on top of the $99 deal. Next time i will keep mouth shut and keep it simple direct and to the immediate need at hand."

"No complaints. The Technician was professional and completed the tasks in a professional manner. I used an Angies list coupon for one of the jobs and it was a fair price. The other TV was a little more. I used the Angies list service because I wanted to support local business people. I was surprised to find out the Tech was an independent contractor provided by a California company. A month or so later I needed another TV mounted. In addition to Hellotech I looked into another internet company that begins with "A" that provides local contractors for home repairs. The other service was quite a bit cheaper ($118) and the repair work was comparable. If I can't avoid national internet companies I might as well go for the cheapest."

The equipment showed up in a cool box and is was simple to instal.  Literally, I just plugged in the gateway to a wall outlet, peeled off the adhesive and stuck the sensors on my doors and windows called for activation and it was done.   Now I can control my home from my cell phone.  Its super cool and I plan to add other devices like remote control lighting and a video camera.  Truly am pleased to say the least.  I always get nervous to order over the phone, but Skycover is the greatest.  I am a happy camper!"
