"Matthew helped me to repair an existing security gate. The gate had no power when he showed up, and we tried to power the gate. After the gate had power, it still wasn't fully functional. Matthew then replaced some circuitry as well as the motherboard, and added a key-pad entry system to help with security measures. I initially called to see if they had a recommendation for someone who worked on gates but was pleasantly surprised when they said that they do and sent someone out right away! We've had two other companies look at our wrought iron entry gate and had been told that it was our battery.  We replaced the battery, but continued to have problems with the gate opening.  I call Premier Entry Systems and spoke with Les and explained that it might be our solar panel.  He asked several questions and thought that could be the problem.  I asked or an approximate cost and he told me he would check and call me back.  He was quick to return the call with the cost and said he could have someone come to our house the next day.  He was informative, courteous and very helpful.

The next morning Kevin came at the time he told us he would and check the panel and indeed it was not holding a charge.  He also checked our battery and said it was okay.  He installed the new solar panel in a very short amount of time.  Again, he was informative and courteous. 

We could not have been happier with their services and will definitely use them in the future.  Our neighbors are having a similar problem and we will share our experience with them and hopefully they will use this good company as well.

Since the home is next to a water easement the town of Fort Worth was going to assess fines if I did not have the fence up within a week after purchase (seriously). I called several fence companies but only Housewright was willing to adjust their schedule after I made my situation known to them. "Due to either the popularity of the package or the busy nature of the summer season, there was a 2-week delay in getting my repairs scheduled. Once the date was scheduled, the repair was delayed further another week or so due to rain. Once the repair team did arrive, they were very polite, friendly and professional, and finished quickly. They repaired and replaced just exactly what I had asked them to fix, and the fence looks good. If I ever need to have such a service again, I will give them a call. However, I would consider getting a quote before buying the Angie's Deal just to compare and see what my actual savings turned out to be.
