They did such a good job, better than what I would have ever done. I am going to use them again to paint cabinets. Brad has a good team of employees. I appreciate them keeping me Informed of the status and sending pics of their work while I was away at my parents house. I did not want my cats and dogs to mess up their work until the paint dried.

His pricing was very reasonable. Work was very professional and prompt. This is the second time we have used him and we plan on using him again in the near future. He was very nice when he came to give us a bid and knew what he was doing when he done the job.

We initially decided to use him because of the amount of 5 star reviews on Angi, raving about his attention to detail and professionalism. What we received was as far from either of those as we could have gotten. We hired him to do some exterior caulking and painting. In a nutshell (I'm condensing this review by A LOT). He was paid by the wife before he completed the job, with promise of his return to finish up. He never did. In the meantime, we found very sloppy work. Incomplete caulking, and very messy what he did caulk, spots that didn't get properly painted, lots of overspray... on my 3 week old roof (who takes a sprayer on the roof to paint a couple 1x4 trim pieces??), on my concrete floor, even on my van hood. He said he couldn't get one of the color names we specifically told him the color and brand to get, so he took it upon himself to get another color name with another brand without consulting us that wasn't even close to the desired color. After him not returning and all but saying he wasn't going to, we called him and told him our dissatisfaction with his workmanship. He agreed to refund us about 1/2 what we paid, but never did. He messaged about a week later saying he was "still waiting for a check" and then that's the last we heard from him. We stopped initiating contact with him after he agreed to a partial refund. He claims otherwise but cannot prove this, as what he claims in the response below didn't happen. We filed a formal complaint with ANGI and once he was contacted by them about it, he started sending me harassing text messages threatening to tell my employer that I go to work super high every day if I didn't stop trying to get compensation for his shoddy work. Another lie, as I have a safety-sensitive job that tests randomly and frequently. I could go in great detail about how bad of a job he performed, but I have included photographs that speak well enough for me. It's almost so poorly done that it would have to have been done intentionally to reach that level. If I could include more pictures, I would have. I have a lot. If you are looking to hire this guy, please, do your due diligence. There's plenty more I could go on about, but this review is about his professional performance, not his personal public records. I just wish I had done a simple internet/public record search query first.

The job was done swiftly & efficiently. Also, the price was competitive & thrifty. He was trustworthy when I had to go to work & left him alone at my house. He's nice, honest, & does a great job.

Brad of B W Paint made the whole process go smoothly. He worked straight through till the interior was completed. With only 1 day off. Then he went directly to painting the exterior. The transformation was amazing. Brad was always professional and friendly. His prices were so reasonable. Any future projects I have , BW Paint is who I'll call. I have even recommended him to my friends.
