"It went fine. It had been refinished about 10 years ago which had to be removed before the new finish was applied. That was difficult but he worked hard and completed the job as quickly as possible. It looks good now."

"Sergio and Nadia were WONDERFUL. Nadia scheduled promptly, Sergio arrived on time and did an EXCELLENT job. They were polite and respectful to my guests and me (horrible timing on my part, to host a meeting at the same time!!!). The job was finished in a timely fashion and they left no mess whatsoever. I wish I had done this sooner - I literally sat down in the middle of my kitchen floor and just smiled!"

Fortunately, I caught it in time and asked them to please remove what they had started and run the planks the other way. They did and everything else went smoothly. I love my new floor and would recommend the company to others."
