"From the initial estimate to the completion of the work, it was a pleasure using Ken and his assistant Warren. They started when they said they would and stayed a bit longer than planned to make sure they had thoroughly cleaned up around the work area. Prior to starting the process, they placed protective covers and tarps over the adjacent floor areas. They were careful to contain the grinding slurry using a wet vac to remove excess material. It took repeated passes with the finer and finer grit pads to achieve the final results, but my wife and I are very pleased with the outcome. Even the other tradesmen working in the house were impressed with the improvement. In addition to the refinishing, Ken took time to offer suggestions on maintaining the floor finish along with warnings about what cleaning practices should be avoided."

"We bought our Angie's List deal on Saturday 7/9. On Monday 7/11 a rep from Oxi Clean of Plano called to set up our appointment and we were able to schedule service for Tuesday 7/12. Chris showed up right on time to get our service started. He fully explained the cleaning process and set realistic expectations of what could be accomplished with our carpet. The work was done thoroughly and quickly. When he was done Chris had us do a walk through. My husband had moved the sofa to the middle of the living room and this caused some confusion but Chris went back upstairs and cleaned where the sofa had been and also got a spot that was in my daughters doorway to her closet. He didn't complain at all about having to come back inside and take care of those additional areas. He did a fantastic job removing some make up stains my daughter had on her floor. I feel like our carpets look as good as can be expected considering their age and the wear they have received. I would definitely use Chris with Oxi Fresh of Plano again."

"I did a special B & D Cleaning Services offered on Angie's list about 2 years ago and have used them ever since. The customer service is fantastic! Very responsive when contacted. They are willing add in an extra clean when we have guest coming, and they were equally willing and flexible to rearrange the schedule when we've had home projects going on. We are on an every two week cleaning schedule and each time the cleaning is done exceptional well. It is always a treat to come home on cleaning day and enjoy our beautifully cleaned house. We also hired them to clean my dads apartment, and one day we got a call to let us know that there was some (later to find out a lot of) water on the floors and B & D stayed extra time and worked extra hard to clean up the mess an overflowed toilet had caused. In my book that is way above and beyond the job hired for and they did it with an amazing caring attitude! I highly recommend B & D cleaning."
