"The company's owner came to the house and gave an exact estimate of what the cleaning would cost, and discussed the options for different levels of service very clearly. There was no pressure to choose the most expensive package. He also explained clearly and truthfully what the cleaning would and would not do. We then made an appointment for the actual cleaning. He came exactly on time, did a wonderful job, and charged precisely what he said he would charge. I would definitely use this company again."
