He was very responsive to questions and feedback and jumped on any issues we brought up. And his team did a great job. I would definitely recommend them. In fact we might add on some additional rooms of hardwood flooring next year, or we may do carpet instead. Either way we'll call Allen Floors."

"We were interested in getting laminate flooring for my son's room, so we purchased the coupon. However, rather than do laminate one room at a time, we decided to go with wood-look-ceramic. Since the cost is substantially more, we will have to wait much longer to the job in order to save up the money. I didn't know I could request a refund until I spoke with an Angie's List rep today on the phone. The service was fine, but we just decided not to move forward with the project right now."
