"They were prompt and efficient. I really didn't need to give them any direction on what needed to be done. They immediately started moving furniture and cleaning the carpet. They were extremely professional and understood we had a business to run and worked quickly but efficiently. They were also affordable as this flooding was without a doubt the worst we've had. "Johnny O, at the Allen Floors office is a nice guy and very fair. And Juan who ran our installation project was awesome. He was very responsive to questions and feedback and jumped on any issues we brought up. And his team did a great job. I would definitely recommend them. In fact we might add on some additional rooms of hardwood flooring next year, or we may do carpet instead. Either way we'll call Allen Floors."

"Fernando Reynoso did a fantastic job! We have used Fernando for many years because he does such a great job at a fair price. He is reliable and trustworthy. We prefer this dry method of cleaning over soaking your carpet and pad and waiting hours for it to dry. The carpet smells so fresh and clean when completed and it only takes about 20 minutes to dry."

"Ken came by to give me an estimate at my convenience and scheduled the cleaning according to my schedule. He was running a (very) few minutes late, and called to let me know. He was very thorough, and with the exception of a few old pet stains he had warned me about, the carpet looks great. After he left, I discovered he had forgotten to do a tiny powder room underneath my stairs. When I called him, he drove right back and did the cleaning right then."

"Reyes Custom Floos did a great job installing my laminate floors in my family room, entry way and hallways. Mr. Reyes is involved in doing and directing the job to be done. He removed carpet and old tile with his special little machine that keeps dust to a minimum. He took his time and prep the area before laying the floors. He is thorough and I feel I got so much more for the price. My floors look beautiful. We already discussing another job.
