"From the initial estimate to the completion of the work, it was a pleasure using Ken and his assistant Warren. They started when they said they would and stayed a bit longer than planned to make sure they had thoroughly cleaned up around the work area. Prior to starting the process, they placed protective covers and tarps over the adjacent floor areas. They were careful to contain the grinding slurry using a wet vac to remove excess material. It took repeated passes with the finer and finer grit pads to achieve the final results, but my wife and I are very pleased with the outcome. Even the other tradesmen working in the house were impressed with the improvement. In addition to the refinishing, Ken took time to offer suggestions on maintaining the floor finish along with warnings about what cleaning practices should be avoided."

"I was very pleased.  Fernando spent quite a bit of time explaining the process they use and how it differed from other more traditional steam cleaning processes.  He and his colleague were in my home all day (9:30-4:00), and when they left, you would have not known they had been there except the carpet was much cleaner and was fluffed, and the tile and grout was much lighter/cleaner and brighter.  I worked in my home office all day and they never bothered me until they had to clean the floor.  They worked hard and knew what to do.  Very professional.

"We bought our Angie's List deal on Saturday 7/9. On Monday 7/11 a rep from Oxi Clean of Plano called to set up our appointment and we were able to schedule service for Tuesday 7/12. Chris showed up right on time to get our service started. He fully explained the cleaning process and set realistic expectations of what could be accomplished with our carpet. The work was done thoroughly and quickly. When he was done Chris had us do a walk through. My husband had moved the sofa to the middle of the living room and this caused some confusion but Chris went back upstairs and cleaned where the sofa had been and also got a spot that was in my daughters doorway to her closet. He didn't complain at all about having to come back inside and take care of those additional areas. He did a fantastic job removing some make up stains my daughter had on her floor. I feel like our carpets look as good as can be expected considering their age and the wear they have received. I would definitely use Chris with Oxi Fresh of Plano again."

"This person is very punctual and is very good about communicating what he is doing and when it will happen. He cleaned up after himself as much as possible without causing problems with the finishes on the tops. The product he used covers cracks and small chips quite well but not the areas where he sanded. I do not want to slant your view so I will just state observations. (1) Masked off area to be sprayed but still had over spray (2) Has powerful suction fan but worked in bathroom while fan was in kitchen. Thin film of dust throughout house (3) Covered floor in bathroom with no damage but was unable to say how 1 foot square section peeled (4) Miss communications about how high we were going to put back splashes, he pulled off some wall coverings 18 inches above counter top. (5) Used router to square edge and followed with a belt sander and a palm sander, this means you have inconsistent results and crooked edges (6) He taped off the kitchen sink and the bathroom vanity. When he removed the tape, it left a 1/8 inch ring on each where the tape didn't cover. (7) The finish is a little rougher than the samples, perhaps because he did not sand the tops after the last layer of coating prior to clear coat which protects the top. When these spots wear down, the missing clear coat will expose the coatings. This is not the installers fault, just the way the refinish works. Be prepared to be without your kitchen/bathroom for a while because it takes a week before you can put any heavy items on them."
