"From the initial estimate to the completion of the work, it was a pleasure using Ken and his assistant Warren. They started when they said they would and stayed a bit longer than planned to make sure they had thoroughly cleaned up around the work area. Prior to starting the process, they placed protective covers and tarps over the adjacent floor areas. They were careful to contain the grinding slurry using a wet vac to remove excess material. It took repeated passes with the finer and finer grit pads to achieve the final results, but my wife and I are very pleased with the outcome. Even the other tradesmen working in the house were impressed with the improvement. In addition to the refinishing, Ken took time to offer suggestions on maintaining the floor finish along with warnings about what cleaning practices should be avoided."

"We bought our Angie's List deal on Saturday 7/9. On Monday 7/11 a rep from Oxi Clean of Plano called to set up our appointment and we were able to schedule service for Tuesday 7/12. Chris showed up right on time to get our service started. He fully explained the cleaning process and set realistic expectations of what could be accomplished with our carpet. The work was done thoroughly and quickly. When he was done Chris had us do a walk through. My husband had moved the sofa to the middle of the living room and this caused some confusion but Chris went back upstairs and cleaned where the sofa had been and also got a spot that was in my daughters doorway to her closet. He didn't complain at all about having to come back inside and take care of those additional areas. He did a fantastic job removing some make up stains my daughter had on her floor. I feel like our carpets look as good as can be expected considering their age and the wear they have received. I would definitely use Chris with Oxi Fresh of Plano again."

"As requested I did all the necessary Plumbing before arrival, changing the shower valve cartridge as it had started dripping, New Overflow , Drain and polished the Shower Control / Handle. Ted arrived on time , did a fantastic job and was very thorough and professional. Left the tub overnight to cure / dry . He came back the next day to finish , caulked around the top of the tub and did some touchups as he found some imperfections. Now the bathtub looked great.."

"Sergio and Nadia were WONDERFUL. Nadia scheduled promptly, Sergio arrived on time and did an EXCELLENT job. They were polite and respectful to my guests and me (horrible timing on my part, to host a meeting at the same time!!!). The job was finished in a timely fashion and they left no mess whatsoever. I wish I had done this sooner - I literally sat down in the middle of my kitchen floor and just smiled!"

"The first cleaning lady they sent was great. She was pleasant and got to work right away. Unfortunately her young don got sick and was sent home from day care. We agreed that she would come back later that day to finish the job once she had him settled at home with her husband. The quality of the cleaning was good before this incident, and then not as thorough when she came back. I have her the benefit of the doubt because she had a sick kid. So I gave the company a 2nd chance and called them to clean a second time. A different girl arrived to clean. She was less personable than the first, but mostly in time, and got to work quickly. She spent 2 1/2 hours cleaning. When she left I noticed the floors were not fine well at all. I found dirt and dig hair bear my entry way and in the dining room. I'm not sure the bathroom floors were done at all, which is very disappointing. Part of the toilet did not look like it had been wiped down well either. I hired a company to do the heavier cleaning that I could not do while taking care of my newborn twins. I did not end up with a cleaner house than I could have done on my own. The floors and master bath should have been spotless, uts what I asked her to focus on when she arrived. After two tries I just don't think I'll use this company again. They are not bad, but I want a more thorough clean than just a wipe down of my home if I'm going to be paying someone else to do it."
