"When no one locally even responded to my inquiries for a quote, Michelle got back to me the same day with a quote and description of how the repair would be done. It's a slight downside to have to ship one glove coast to coast for a minor repair on one finger. But the cost of shipping and the repair is much less than purchasing another $100 pair of gloves! The repair took a little longer than anticipated, but shipping time had to be factored in as well. Michelle was very prompt with communications during the process. Cost of service below did not include shipping which was about $16 round trip. The glove returned good as new...well as good as it's pair. The glove is two years old. But the seam was totally resewn and reinforced. Michelle stated she did not want to the issue to happen again. I hope it won't. The problem started with my fingers rubbing. Very happy with the service from Premier. I wish they had a shop in Maryland!"

"Fernando and his assistant did an excellent job on our carpets, which had not been professionally cleaned in quite some time. He literally "saved" the carpet in one of our rooms.  There were so many spots and a very dirty high traffic area, that we were ready to replace the carpet.  Fernando worked on it for several hours and now it looks like new.  In fact, the carpeting looks like new in all the rooms (and our living/dining room carpet is 20 years old).  When he was finished cleaning the carpet, Fernando dusted the furniture, if there was any residue from the dry cleaner he uses. We plan to have Fernando clean our carpets again in about six months.  We highly recommend this company."

I was very impressed with the ease by which the team quickly acclimated themselves to my home. They did a complete clean of my home in about 1 1/2 hours - very efficient and thorough. "Well, after an additional $330.00, it looked clean at the time of service. 26 hours later, carpet still damp, and a lot of the areas that had looked clean no longer did. I will say the carpet smelled nice. I'm not completely sure if what I paid for a clean-ish carpet was fair, but the person that cleaned the carpet was very pleasant and hard working. He did advise that some of the stain might come back when the carpet dried, so I can't fault the man for that. Unfortunately I was not expecting so much staining to return."
