The service turned out really good. They were supposed to come out the day I purchased the Big Deal, but I was not available so they came out the next day. There were no extra charges on top of the Big Deal. They are a reliable cleaning service with good quality.

First appt was scheduled in June so I took a day off of work. Called that morning and cancelled. Second appt was for 8/27 and I took another day off of work. She called that morning and left a message confirming that she would be there. She again did not show up. I made several calls since that time and no response. I asked for my money back and no response. Last call was yesterday and no response.

They did a good job - had them clean the downstairs only with special attention to floors and ceiling fans. We are searching for a firm to provide a once-per-month cleaning and we would consider them.

That turned out good. I had them do basic cleaning, such as vacuuming and moping. Two house cleaners came out to do the job and they arrived on time. I did find some dust after they left which is why I would grade them a B.

They showed up late. I left and I think they must have left very soon after I did. I know my 13 year old granddaughter could have done a more professional job. They also did not know where my deal came from and told me they had a special on amazon. I was very disappointed, I felt like my money was just wasted and considering I am a senior citizen, I felt that they just took advantage.

"We are very disappointed that you feel this way. We were about 5 minutes late due to construction. When we apologized for being late, you assured us that it was not a problem. We stayed the entire 2 hours cleaning everything that you asked. Sometimes people get a standard clean mixed up with a deep clean which was probably what was needed in this situation. You asked us to use your electric mop with vinegar and water to clean the floors and that is exactly what we did. We even polished all of your wood furniture because you complained that the last cleaning lady never did. We would never take advantage of anyone especially a senior. Usually we have our customers look around before we leave to make sure they are satisfied, but you insisted on walking to the park."

they cleaned everything. They did not leave a stone un turned. I am amazed at how well they cleaned. I booked them for once a month, and they charge a little higher but we booked them monthly.

AK did a fantastic job. I had run out of time to clean the home before family returned, and purchased a Big Deal coupon from them, accompanied by a message requesting service within a week. Even though it was the weekend, they promptly replied and scheduled service. They showed up at exactly the scheduled time and started work quickly. Since I had not purchased a deep cleaning deal, they were not able to get to everything, but they took care of far more than I had thought they would. The next day, when family arrived, they were amazed at how thoroughly clean the house looked and how refreshing it felt. We'll definitely be using them in the future for similar needs.

They were great! absolutely wonderful! She exceeded my expectations. I have cleaned houses in the past, and I know what it is like. They are cheerful, and they go in there and they do it, you talk to them, and if you point out something, they do it. They were just good, and the price was great too. They were responsive.

They do a good job, that's why I hired them. They are very reliable and responsive. They are very nice to work with. The price is a tad too high, as I have a small house, but their work is really good. I would recommend them. They work very hard and will do anything you want. They use their own cleaning supplies. I will continue using them.

The work they did was pretty good. We have had people work for us in the past that did a better job, but they did most of what we asked them to. They didn’t do everything we wanted and we did have to spell things out for them to get it done. They left before the four hours was up. They were cordial and likeable, but I will not have them back.

"The big deal was for 2 people for 2 hours and only covered up to 2500 sq. ft. We worked hard to try to get to everything you wanted done and even cleaned more than the 2500 sq. ft. at no extra charge. The only spelling out you had to do was show us what you were wanting done and where certain things were at (like the mop bucket you wanted us to use.) We make sure we explain all of this in the beginning to try and avoid these issues."

It went alright. I wasn't real happy with them because it didn't look any different than it did before they cleaned. They didn't make things shine, mirrors and that. They left them smudged.

They were to do a deep cleaning after remodel. I had 2 rooms already complete when they arrived but the price remained. Two areas they were asked went untouched and I completed them.

"The price you were quoted was done before hand and priced at how many square feet needed to be cleaned. When we arrived at your house, you mentioned that you did not want us to go into the front bedrooms. You never asked for us to recalculate our cost. The house was under an eminence amount of dust from the construction. We dusted, wiped, and cleaned every inch."

My daughter had sold her house and the contract required it to be cleaned by a professional service. We purchased such from AK Cleaning and they were wonderful. They contacted me several times to make sure we had the dates correct, showed up on time and went above and beyond in their cleaning of the vacant property. It was spotless and we were very impressed.

They did a "modified" move out cleaning. They worked around all of our boxes and the handyman we had there at the same time. They did a great job.
