Michelle explained the services she could and could not offer in terms of my needed furniture repair. And while she cannot help me specifically with my furniture issue, she offered a very generous solution: she is going to send me leather dye for the scratched ottoman and talk me through the repair, should I need help! Michelle also explained that she deals with customers all over the country, in need of leather and purse and clothing repair, cleaning, and restoration. "He arrived on time, very nice guy, very helpful. I had forwarded him the couch fabric and he checked into the details to make sure his products would work. The couch looks amazing. The carpets turned out great. Oxi Fresh is a very different type of carpet cleaning. Instead of seeing lots of dirty water they really just pick up all the deep down dirt you can't see with out leaving wet carpets to dry. He also let a bottle of spot remover for us to use as well. Overall they turned out great.

"Great. For several years, we have hired EcoSafe every fall before the holidays to clean all our rugs throughout the house. Fernando Reynoso, the owner, does a thorough, perfect job every time. He uses a unique dry process, so there's not much water involved. Also, there aren't long hoses involved that can cause marks on the baseboards or around corners. The results are always spectacular. They did not do a thorough a cleaning as I would have liked, but I think it might be because we had people moving into the house that they were there trying to clean. So, I do not know that I would hold them responsible. They could have done a finally walk-through just to make sure that all the floor areas were clean. The girl who owns the service was great. The areas that were clean, they did a good job."
