"When no one locally even responded to my inquiries for a quote, Michelle got back to me the same day with a quote and description of how the repair would be done. It's a slight downside to have to ship one glove coast to coast for a minor repair on one finger. But the cost of shipping and the repair is much less than purchasing another $100 pair of gloves! The repair took a little longer than anticipated, but shipping time had to be factored in as well. Michelle was very prompt with communications during the process. Cost of service below did not include shipping which was about $16 round trip. The glove returned good as new...well as good as it's pair. The glove is two years old. But the seam was totally resewn and reinforced. Michelle stated she did not want to the issue to happen again. I hope it won't. The problem started with my fingers rubbing. Very happy with the service from Premier. I wish they had a shop in Maryland!"

"He arrived on time, very nice guy, very helpful. I had forwarded him the couch fabric and he checked into the details to make sure his products would work. The couch looks amazing. The carpets turned out great. Oxi Fresh is a very different type of carpet cleaning. Instead of seeing lots of dirty water they really just pick up all the deep down dirt you can't see with out leaving wet carpets to dry. He also let a bottle of spot remover for us to use as well. Overall they turned out great.

"Fernando and his assistant did an excellent job on our carpets, which had not been professionally cleaned in quite some time. He literally "saved" the carpet in one of our rooms.  There were so many spots and a very dirty high traffic area, that we were ready to replace the carpet.  Fernando worked on it for several hours and now it looks like new.  In fact, the carpeting looks like new in all the rooms (and our living/dining room carpet is 20 years old).  When he was finished cleaning the carpet, Fernando dusted the furniture, if there was any residue from the dry cleaner he uses. We plan to have Fernando clean our carpets again in about six months.  We highly recommend this company."

"We paid in advance $199-when they called to set up the appt, the lady said they didn't do that type of service - that it should not have been included in the description. I went ahead and used them as an overall cleaning service. They arrived 3 hours after the agreed upon cleaning time! I only had 2 workers and one of them was new. One lady said she was going to go pick up another more experienced worker but she never came back. I looked on Angie's List and they were still advertising that they offered deep cleaning behind furniture and under beds! We asked that they clean the return vents and only 1 was done. Disappointed in the service and will not be using again. Both individuals that cleaned were extremely nice - just didn't deliver a service worth the money."
