"They were prompt and efficient. I really didn't need to give them any direction on what needed to be done. They immediately started moving furniture and cleaning the carpet. They were extremely professional and understood we had a business to run and worked quickly but efficiently. They were also affordable as this flooding was without a doubt the worst we've had. "I've used Team Green several times and I highly recommend them! My carpets are over 20 years old, light colored and were badly stained when we moved in. The process they use is as eco-friendly you can get and the results are fabulous - the carpets almost looked new (quite a feat!)! They are punctual, hard-working and polite. Although we are replacing our carpeting, we will happily have Team Green come back to clean our new floors."

"The process was quick and easy, but I was expecting less mess. I was assured everything was getting sucked into a bin in their truck, but black ick blew out of every vent during the process. We had just painted and thank goodness, had not had the new carpets installed yet, but it was a big mess. The guys cleaned up as best as they could and they were both really professional and kind, but it was messier than I expected. I will be doing this every 3 years, as the guys recommended and the house feels and smells so much better. Totally worth it. Just be prepared and cover everything like you are having painters!
