"Pure Excellence!! We have a 15 month old with sticky fingers, stains all over our light furniture . Glad to say not only are they gone, but the restored smell of freshness on our rug, sofa and ottomans are like new. Seriously, the BEST professional cleaning service with the nicest workers in the DFW metroplex. Highly recommend!!"

"I recently had Shane with Carpet Service Express come and clean my carpet and tile in my home. He arrived on time, explained my options, and thoroughly cleaned my carpet and tile. I had years of pet stains that I thought would not come out and with his enzyme treatment and expertise- my carpets look and smell amazing!! My tile and grout has never been this clean. I am highly impressed and encourage anyone reading my review to hire Shane!!"

"within minutes, I received a call from the very friendly and professional Michelle. Calling me all the way from California! Michelle explained the services she could and could not offer in terms of my needed furniture repair. And while she cannot help me specifically with my furniture issue, she offered a very generous solution: she is going to send me leather dye for the scratched ottoman and talk me through the repair, should I need help! Michelle also explained that she deals with customers all over the country, in need of leather and purse and clothing repair, cleaning, and restoration. Based on my extremely positive experience with Michelle, I will be sure to call her in the future when I need help with fur, leather or suede goods!!!"

"Oxi Fresh of Plano did a great job cleaning my carpets and removing a few tough stains that I have been unable to remove on my own. I was pleased with the level of knowledge and explanation of the Oxi Fresh cleaning process as well as the customer service. I would recommend this company to others.

"Eddie arrived promptly for scheduled appointment and worked steadily to stretch and clean the 20 year old carpet. I was very satisfied with the results and my adult children thought it looked great. I would not hesitate to contact him for additional cleaning projects."

"Excellent as always. I would recommend this crew to anyone who needs home cleaning services. They are fast and efficient and are expanding their own crew. They are also upgrading their equipment as well which only amplifies their service."

"It went pretty well and it didn't seem like there was much communication between the girls actually doing the cleaning and the company. But the job that they did they did a very nice job on.

The price was amazing. They were definitely on time.

Make sure your specific on exactly what you want done and then check it before you leave in case you miss anything but overall they do a good job as long as you tell them what your looking for.

"I needed a deep cleaning and I hired the right people! Three people came worked non stop and did a beautiful job. They were on time and genuinely concerned that I was happy with their work. They cleaned about 2000 SF. When I need regular house cleaning, I will definitely schedule them."
