"He arrived on time, very nice guy, very helpful. I had forwarded him the couch fabric and he checked into the details to make sure his products would work. The couch looks amazing. The carpets turned out great. Oxi Fresh is a very different type of carpet cleaning. Instead of seeing lots of dirty water they really just pick up all the deep down dirt you can't see with out leaving wet carpets to dry. He also let a bottle of spot remover for us to use as well. Overall they turned out great.

"Fernando and his assistant did an excellent job on our carpets, which had not been professionally cleaned in quite some time. He literally "saved" the carpet in one of our rooms.  There were so many spots and a very dirty high traffic area, that we were ready to replace the carpet.  Fernando worked on it for several hours and now it looks like new.  In fact, the carpeting looks like new in all the rooms (and our living/dining room carpet is 20 years old).  When he was finished cleaning the carpet, Fernando dusted the furniture, if there was any residue from the dry cleaner he uses. We plan to have Fernando clean our carpets again in about six months.  We highly recommend this company."

"I was pleased with the way the carpet looked when he finished and happy that he went to extra measures to get the carpet nearly dry. They gave us a very good price for the 3 rooms we had cleaned. They do not move any furniture and he told me that up front so we moved almost all the furniture out of the living room because I wanted it rearranged after the carpet was cleaned. Would have preferred to pay more to have them move some of the furniture. I would definitely use them again. Very prompt, courteous and friendly."

"It went pretty well and it didn't seem like there was much communication between the girls actually doing the cleaning and the company. But the job that they did they did a very nice job on.

The price was amazing. They were definitely on time. 

Make sure your specific on exactly what you want done and then check it before you leave in case you miss anything but overall they do a good job as long as you tell them what your looking for.
