"When no one locally even responded to my inquiries for a quote, Michelle got back to me the same day with a quote and description of how the repair would be done. It's a slight downside to have to ship one glove coast to coast for a minor repair on one finger. But the cost of shipping and the repair is much less than purchasing another $100 pair of gloves! The repair took a little longer than anticipated, but shipping time had to be factored in as well. Michelle was very prompt with communications during the process. Cost of service below did not include shipping which was about $16 round trip. The glove returned good as new...well as good as it's pair. The glove is two years old. But the seam was totally resewn and reinforced. Michelle stated she did not want to the issue to happen again. I hope it won't. The problem started with my fingers rubbing. Very happy with the service from Premier. I wish they had a shop in Maryland!"

"He arrived on time, very nice guy, very helpful. I had forwarded him the couch fabric and he checked into the details to make sure his products would work. The couch looks amazing. The carpets turned out great. Oxi Fresh is a very different type of carpet cleaning. Instead of seeing lots of dirty water they really just pick up all the deep down dirt you can't see with out leaving wet carpets to dry. He also let a bottle of spot remover for us to use as well. Overall they turned out great.

Top of refrigerator was not cleaned, and glass vases on top of fridge were not cleaned.
Glass shelves on Bakers Rack were not cleaned.
Inside of microwave door glass was not cleaned.
Exterior of refrigerator and stove were not cleaned.

Dusted wood furniture with a damp cloth, did not polish anything
Did not clean living room ceiling fan, despite a specific request to do so.
Dusted around items on the bottom shelves on the Dining Roon Buffet and the Living Room Sofa Table.

"This service was great. This company offers service 7 days a week that is perfect for me because I am only free on Sundays. Anyway this company came on time and worked very hard in my home. They showed me all the nasty dust dirt and debris in my ducts. This is the air we breathe daily so it showed be clean and sanitized. The process took them about 4 hours. They were nice and professional and cleaned up after them selves before they left. I will use them in the future and recommend everyone to do the sanitizing process. Its great!!!!
