Michelle explained the services she could and could not offer in terms of my needed furniture repair. And while she cannot help me specifically with my furniture issue, she offered a very generous solution: she is going to send me leather dye for the scratched ottoman and talk me through the repair, should I need help! Michelle also explained that she deals with customers all over the country, in need of leather and purse and clothing repair, cleaning, and restoration. "He arrived on time, very nice guy, very helpful. I had forwarded him the couch fabric and he checked into the details to make sure his products would work. The couch looks amazing. The carpets turned out great. Oxi Fresh is a very different type of carpet cleaning. Instead of seeing lots of dirty water they really just pick up all the deep down dirt you can't see with out leaving wet carpets to dry. He also let a bottle of spot remover for us to use as well. Overall they turned out great.
