"I wanted an additional plug in my hallway and George installed it in the easiest place from a plug on the opposite wall.  Other things I wanted would have been too difficult so I decided it was not needed.
Very nice guy.  Easy to work with.

"Very satisfied. The phone-based tech support (Jonathan) was exceptionally knowledgeable and helpful in guiding me to the proper solution. The installation tech (Ian) was professional, thorough, and very courteous. He called me beforehand to advise of arrival time and then confirmed when he was actually on his way so I didn't have to sit around waiting, and I felt comfortable having him in my home to set up security services. It was clear to me that he genuinely cared and wanted to be sure I understood how to use the capabilities he installed for me. I would definitely recommend these folks (and have done so) to my family and friends."

"A few rough spots with the installation, but Jim stayed on it until it was resolved."

"Great. Installer was courteous and answered all of our questions. Price is great and we feel safe."
