"Love Al Mac plumbing, Me and my wife just bought a house and had a leaking gas water heater, we have a large house that needs two gas water heaters to be able to supply us with sufficient hot water. Well one of the heaters rusted out so we called our home insurance and asked the insurance company to send someone out to replace our water heater. The insurance company had a plumber come out and replace the water heater, but the plumber installed a dented/ badly smashed up replacement. He also said he would comeback and take the old one with him. Well guess what, he never came back and wasnâ t answering my calls. Long story short, we called Al Mac plumbing because the new water heater was leaking from the relief valve and previous plumber was unreachable. Alex looked at the water heater and saw that the plumber installed a Propane gas water heater instead of a Natural Gas one. Alex ended up fixing the issue by removing both our water heater and installed one Navien tankless water heater that heats our 5 bathroom house. Alex also took all 3 water heaters and got rid of them for us. Dealing with Al Mac plumbing was an enjoyable experience and will have Alex do all my plumbing work for now on."

"Alter Construction has been wonderful! I had hole damages from snow storm and squirrels chipping it away around it (one very big including 3 sidings). Had holes closed/covered temporarily . Contacted 3 contractors (including ABC Home and Commercial services) , all contractors told me as sidings in my house not available anymore on the market, they could not keep esthetics of the house. They said would cover the holes in the back with new sidings and not take down the original sidings and re-placed them (“That is the way we do it now”). After 1 year of searching, I contacted Alter Construction. Eli, owner-PM, not only promised me to resolve these issues, but he would keep esthetics, so important to me. He found a material that resembled my original sidings. When his crew had already repaired properly the front, but the T groove was not aligned (because of the different material) asked his crew to tear down, and found a way to cut the new sidings in a way that would match the measurements of previous sidings. Called me outside and checked with me if I liked alignment, they nailed new sidings after my ok. If you look at the house, you do not see the new material at all, or any misalignment with the rest of the T grooves. The sidings of the front windows look aligned, symmetrical and pretty perfect. Same in the back, where they replaced all the first sidings row. They had already painted the house, and I noticed, for the first time and not included in the work order, a siding in the back that seemed old. Eli told me not to worry, his lead crew came next day and took it out, cut new material sidings, replaced it and painted again. No difficult discussions, just Eli saying “ We want the client happy, we are here to make it happen!” Yes, I would suggest this company."

The technician, Kevin, was very knowledgeable and solved the outlet problem that a previous electrician had wired incorrectly. The ceiling fan had a bad receiver which he quickly diagnosed and replaced. Everything works. I will call A+ Energy Mgmt for any future problems."

The plan had to be modified along the way, due in part to the limited amount of space and the adjustments were made without problem. They were even able to perfectly match the existing paint, thus saving the cost of re-painting the entire room The result was an attractive and usable room.
