The young men who came to work on the shower were Ivan and Gabe. Cash was here too. They did an amazing job!! Our shower was a challenge because the home was built in 1952. They handled everything efficiently and smoothly. They worked very hard and worked very well together and we are proud of them. They stuck with it and had the job finished in a day as promised. We were certain it would take two days. Overall we are so excited to have our new shower. The safety of it is already relieving our anxieties of showering. "We spent 14K on two new AC units for our house in 2021. We had to get the technicians out almost every year and multiples a year because something is always wrong. Some technicians were not experienced enough to diagnose the problem and wasted hours at our house. They also made careless mistakes (not connecting the draining pipe back in the attack) in Aug 2025. We had to run very loud fans for 5 days just to dry the water leak from the attic to our ceiling. The same technician was sent out in Nov 2025 and made the same mistake again. Now our ceiling is leaking again. The customer service did not even acknowledge or apologize for what we are going through. I am now worried that repeated leak may have caused permanent damage to our house. I do not recommend this company."
