"Miguel is very professional, honest and empathetic. I was already approached by several plumbers who wanted my business but when Miguel called me and we talked, he assured me that he can do the best job for the best value for me and my family and that's what he did. I explained my issue financially and asked if he could give me a discount and that's what he did. He didn't even hesitate. He's just a straight up great guy. In the end the quality of work is bar none, all the fittings were replaced, the new water heater has a great warranty, and all in all Miguel delivered the best service with the best value. "We spent 14K on two new AC units for our house in 2021. We had to get the technicians out almost every year and multiples a year because something is always wrong. Some technicians were not experienced enough to diagnose the problem and wasted hours at our house. They also made careless mistakes (not connecting the draining pipe back in the attack) in Aug 2025. We had to run very loud fans for 5 days just to dry the water leak from the attic to our ceiling. The same technician was sent out in Nov 2025 and made the same mistake again. Now our ceiling is leaking again. The customer service did not even acknowledge or apologize for what we are going through. I am now worried that repeated leak may have caused permanent damage to our house. I do not recommend this company."
