They were on time and started working immediately after Chris, the project manager, instructed them on what to do. They caulked all the seems on the wood before starting the painting and protected other areas. Chris was here at the start and end of both painting and gutters projects. He was very responsive through out the work. The gutters were installed a few days after. Everything looks great, I’ll definitely hire Platinum in the future for the inside painting."

"The Lakewood crew rebuilt and painted the arbor, preserved the wisteria by raising it above the roof line during the construction (with ladders, lumber, and ropes), and repaired the soffit to prevent further water damage. The job was finished in a week, with four workers. They cleaned up the area every evening before departing and built a beautiful arbor that is far superior to the one that existed.
