Excellent, timely, professional work.

Greg's team did a great job with the project. I was particularly impressed by the work done preparing for painting. Surfaces were power washed, all seams were caulked, some minor wood repair was done. Also, as we were getting new gutters, his team removed the old gutters. I might have been able to paint the house for less, but I doubt I could have gotten a better job done. This was quality work.

Great. Greg and his crew of John, Rome and the others were great and very professional. They did a super good and clean job.

Overall, I'm happy with the work that was done. While it was a 2 coat bid, there were some areas that were not done with 2 coats, but it's hardly visible since the paint color was unchanged. The bid was for a rental property, and managing cost was the most important factor.

From beginning to end, Mr. Pelt and his crew were excellent. Any future paint projects I have will be handled by Superior Painting. I could not be more pleased.

First, Greg Pelts under bid two other painters by almost $1000.00. Rome Williams started on a Monday and finished Saturday. Mr. Williams had a great sense of detail and pride in his work. Overall, a great job for a great price. I highly recommend Superior Painting.

Assistant painter, Rome, came out and panted a tri-color theme in the master bedroom, and a solid color in the master bathroom. He was prompt and courteous and did an excellent job. I would use again.

After calling them to discuss the job, we met the next day to discuss. I had a quote that evening, and gave the green light the next morning to start the job. The next Monday the work began and was completed on Wednesday morning with a few final touch ups. This the second job I have had Superior do, and both times the quality, professionalism, and promptness have been simply perfect. I cannot recommend this company highly enough, and will use them again soon, I am sure.

Outstanding! Mr. Greg Pelt, owner of Superior Paintint Company, conducted a thorough inspection of the area of work. Explained in detail the services his company provides including how our job would be accomplished. Greg provided a detailed proposal. On the first work day Greg introduced John, the painter, then explained the job scope in detail. John and helper Dennis were true professionals. John explained each days objectives along with upcoming goals. All work was carried out in a safe, clean and extremely efficient, effective manner. Any questions were quickly answered. All special requests were accomplished. John ensured all paint and work was done exactly according to our contract. John and Dennis were very friendly, courteous and trustworthy. All expectations was exceeded. Even with our home being two stories John's painting talents enabled him to apply an outstanding finish. He made painting so high appear to be a breeze. Dennis ensured John's safety throughout the project. John's staining work was just as beautiful. In conclusion, Greg's Superior Painting Company will be our go to contactor for all of our future painting projects. We highly recommend Superior Painting Company. The painters were very polite and punctual. Materials were cleaned up at the end of each work day and placed out of the way. I plan to call the company again for an interior painting estimate.

My experience with this company was AWESOME! We spoke on the phone for the first time on Wednesday, and exactly one week later the work was done. The estimate and contract were professional and reasonable. I have always done my own painting, and this was the first time I have hired a professional. Mr. Pelt was patient with my ignorance, cheerfully answering all my questions and even offering suggestions. The work was done quickly and looks beautiful. I love my bathroom for the first time in years! Mr. Pelt was friendly and easy to work with. When I mentioned that I am planning to paint my front door, he even offered suggestions as to how to do it well. I will definitely use them again. Right now I am considering asking them to come back and paint the rest of my doors and trim.

They arrived on time and were extremely courteous and professional. They did all that they said they were going to do and were very upfront and honest with us. They were consistent with the price on what they bid us. Hands down we would hire them again.

I had asked for a quote last year but wasn't able to use them at that time. But I appreciated his quick response, politeness, and honesty, so when I thought I was going to paint for sure this year I went back to him. He returns his phone calls promptly. They reason for the delay is partly my doing, because I was going to be out of town and such.

The painter that came, John, did an excellent job. He was very thorough and professional. He was also extremely neat and tidy. Everything that we pointed out when we got the estimate was done satisfactorily.

He was prompt and punctual. His painters did a nice job. I have to say I did not see that in the contract that he was not going to paint the closets until after I hired him. He said the ceiling did not need to be painted and that was ok. The three problems I had were the price, the fact that he only painted one side of the closet doors, and some trim they did not re-caulk around the tile floors. I asked him about the doors and he said they just don't paint both sides of the closet doors when not painting the closets. That seems real strange to me. All doors have two sides and when the contract says you will paint the doors that to me means both sides. He offered to come and paint them at an undisclosed price but I wasn't interested in paying any more money. Also part of the ceiling had been patched and as agreed he did not paint the ceilings. I would have appreciated a heads up on the appearance of the patched ceilings without painting them. I would have paid extra for the ceilings where patched. In my opinion the re-caulking was part of the contract. I hired him before I received a bid from another painter I got an estimate from because the other painter did not send me a quote promptly. The other painter's quote was approximately $300 cheaper but they were going to paint the closets and ceilings. It is impossible to say whether the other painter would have done as good of a job. If I had to do it over again I would have waited for the other painter and hired them. The bottom line is I probably won't hire this painter again. The main reason is when he asked my opinion I told him most of the above and he got somewhat defensive although I didn't think I was being overly critical.

From the very first phone call to Greg, the experience was truly superior. In my book, he lives up to the name of his company. He arrived to provide an estimate at the time he specified. He fully documented the scope of work to be performed, based on my requests. He handled the addition of the repair to the baseboard without delay. Since we were removing old 70's style ceiling texture, and one of the bedrooms had baseboards painted black with dark colors on the walls, the job took 5 days. There had to be the removal of old texture, the application of new texture, prep, prime, many coats, etc. Despite the difficulty of the job, it was handled to perfection. The finished rooms exceeded my expectations. Oh, and he came in under budget. Need I say more? He will be the first call I make for whatever I have painted next! Summary: The best contractor experience I have had to date.
