I did not realize at the time that instead of a repairman, I needed a painter, and a good one. Mine is a brick house, over 20 years old. The crew at Roll City Painting did the entire house trim, re-stained a fence which badly needed re-staining, re-stained a pergola to match, painted a concrete patio, and even rebuilt four exterior decorative shutters that were beginning to disintegrate. "They were able to inspect my roof, give me an estimate and repair it in one day. I can't believe it. He wanted to make sure he saved me some money off of what the insurance gave me for the roof which was appreciated. The crew was friendly and made sure to clean up really well instead of just taking off when they were done. "The Lakewood crew rebuilt and painted the arbor, preserved the wisteria by raising it above the roof line during the construction (with ladders, lumber, and ropes), and repaired the soffit to prevent further water damage. The job was finished in a week, with four workers. They cleaned up the area every evening before departing and built a beautiful arbor that is far superior to the one that existed. These guys are wonderful! They have done another project for us previously, and we'd recommend them without hesitation."
