They cover the floors with paper from the front door to all of the rooms. They arrive on time and are very professional and quiet. These guys know how to paint and do a great job. They clean up and take everything they used away. They leave the extra paint and leave the place as it was when they arrived but with fresh paint. You don't pay until they finish the work. "The Lakewood crew rebuilt and painted the arbor, preserved the wisteria by raising it above the roof line during the construction (with ladders, lumber, and ropes), and repaired the soffit to prevent further water damage. The job was finished in a week, with four workers. They cleaned up the area every evening before departing and built a beautiful arbor that is far superior to the one that existed. These guys are wonderful! They have done another project for us previously, and we'd recommend them without hesitation."
