"They did a good job of cleaning the ducting but when the removed the air filter they didn’t turn off the recirc fan and the excess dust and dirt went and got stuck in the A coil. I had to remove the sides of the unit in the attic to be able to remove the big clumps of dust/dirt so they didn’t stop up my coils. Other than that they did a great job. Air duct cleaning/ sterilization of the system. It has a couple of vents with mold spores starting. The technician found them and put them to the side for me to look at and recommend that they were replaced so I did."

"I was really pleased with A&C King Cleaning Solutions. They used an osmosis water filtered cleaning system so your windows sparkle like brand new. Cleaned every track, washed all windows both in and outdoor and screens. You won t be disappointed with their workmanship or the results!! Very trustworthy and dependable!! They ll be doing my windows from here on out. They re that good!!"

"This is our fourth year having Brandon Alpert, BA'S Carpet Cleaning, clean our carpets and furniture. In the past, we had the big name carpet cleaners do the carpets. There was always something they would miss and we never felt like the cleaners were very well versed in carpet cleaning. When Brandon came the first time to clean, he was professional, verified with us the rooms we wanted cleaned, and then he took the time to explain the process and made sure there were NO SURPRISES! We love that kind of preliminary customer service. There is no one else we will call to clean our carpets. When he is done cleaning, the drying time is less than a day for us. We had fans on in every room and lowered the air temp (it was June) to handle the humidity. The next morning the air was so clean, dust in the air was gone. Oh, I almost forgot, we have a dog. Hair is gone and pet smells are gone. Brandon is the best!!"
