I interviewed L4K (Lewis) for 1 project and discussed others. It was evident while talking with him, he has a vast amount of experience. I hired him for 1 project and was so pleased I hired for more until I ran out of projects (for now anyway)! Re-caulk 17 exterior windows Hang pictures above the kitchen cabinets Clean the dryer vent Replace rickety wood attic stairs with aluminum Paint the master bedroom Replace all the fire alarms in the house that were 30 yrs old Caulk seal the new MDF baseboards throughout remodel work to seal at the tiled floor edge Replace sink drain accordion pipes with straight piped to prevent potential algae growth which could occur over time. Troubleshoot the grill ignition and replace the ignitor. I'm very pleased as L4k (Lewis) is honest, thorough and expedient while addressing each item. I will hire L4K again and recommend to folks with high praise.
