Small jobs welcome

"Lance did a fabulous job cleaning both downstairs and upstairs windows with such a deep roof slope. Also, he was very punctual arriving on the time designated. In the future I will be calling Lance for other services provided and continue to clean windows."

"I can not say enough good things about this company. They are very professional and great customer service. Frankie arrived on time and did a beautiful job. He paid attention to every detail and went out of his way to make sure things were done correctly. I have 4 large windows on the 2nd floor which have storms on them. Because they were on the second floor it has been impossible for us to get up there to clean, yet alone remove. Frankie removed the storms and cleaned them. He went above and beyond and I highly recommend him to anyone who is looking for absolutely crystal clear windows. I have already booked him for my next cleaning. It is really hard to find people who actually care about what they do. He also power washed my house and driveway. Again perfectly cleaned. Frankie treats your home as if it was his own.. I wish I could give him 10 stars because he definitely deserves it. He has my business in the future."

Window Cleaning questions, answered by experts

In Spring, persistent water spots, fogging between panes, or streaks that return after cleaning may indicate hidden moisture or seal failure. Watch for peeling paint, warped frames, or mold growth, as these often signal underlying window maintenance problems. If you notice drafts or windows sticking, it could mean developing structural issues that require prompt window repair.

Helpful?

New homeowners in Spring should begin with a thorough window inspection for any post-construction debris or storm damage, followed by a deep window cleaning to remove dust and residue. Check and reseal caulking to prevent air leaks before summer. Clean and repair window screens to keep insects out, and consider applying UV-protective treatments to safeguard interiors from TX sun exposure.

Helpful?

After window cleaning in Spring, keep before-and-after photos with dates, all service receipts, and invoices for warranty validation. Save documentation on any window treatments or protective coatings used, as well as contractor warranty details. Maintain a record of recommended window maintenance schedules and contact information for reliable local professionals, especially if cleaning followed storm damage or repairs.

Helpful?

Delaying window cleaning in Spring can cause mineral buildup that permanently etches glass, while accumulated dirt and pollen promote mold growth and weaken seals. Over time, neglected windows may develop air leaks, increasing energy bills and allowing pests inside. Prolonged exposure to sunlight without proper cleaning can also damage window films and reduce the effectiveness of UV protection.

Helpful?

In Spring, use distilled water and a microfiber cloth to gently clean accessible windows, tackling minor mineral spots with a diluted vinegar solution. Work during cooler hours to avoid streaks and only clean ground-level windows for safety. If you notice cracked glass, persistent condensation, or difficulty opening windows, it’s best to contact a local window maintenance expert for further inspection.
