"To Whom It May Concern, (removed name) On 8/26/25 , we performed an exterior window cleaning service at his residence. Our technician, Jordan, reported to me immediately afterward that while completing the work, (removed name) made repeated inappropriate comments. These included asking Jordan to go on a cruise with him to gamble, complimenting his physique, asking what gym he attended, and suggesting they go together. (removed name) also invited him inside the home after the service, which made Jordan very uncomfortable. The following day, (removed name) began texting Jordan directly, claiming the windows were still dirty and asking him to return. Jordan assured me he had carefully gone over all the exterior windows multiple times, given the limited number of windows at the property and that he was uncomfortable there and did not want to return. I then instructed Jordan to stop responding and that I would handle communication personally. When I contacted (removed name) directly, he sent me a few blurry photos of the inside of windows, which we had not cleaned because our company is strictly an exterior service company. I explained this to him, noting that additional exterior cleaning would not resolve interior smudges. Following that exchange, I did not hear further from him until this complaint was filed."
