The total project was 3 days and two of those three days Jose worked 12 hours before going for the day. The repairs were outstanding and once I paint the areas you will not even be able to tell there was a repair to the ceiling or walls. Jose is very conscientious about this work and takes great pride it what he does. He wants the work to match the rest of the unrepaired area and goes to great lengths to make sure this happens. He is also very cautious to make sure he puts paper and plastic down on furniture or carpet and moves what needs to be moved to avoid damaging anything. He makes sure to tape areas off for spraying texture also. He cleans as he goes along and when he leaves everything is as clean or cleaner than when he arrived. "Bobby was punctual every day. He covered all areas/items that may get dirty from the work. He took precautions to limit dust from sheet rock repair. He cleaned up immediately. Even though we thought the dry wall was going to have to be replaced, he performed a test on one of the bad areas to show us that the damage did not go all the way into the dry wall, but was stopped by the previous paint. "John is an honest respectful man who works very hard. I had a steel pipe fall through my ceiling and leave a big hole. John patched the hole and repainted and textured it. I was amazed! You would never know there was ever a hole. He also repaired some water damage on a bathroom wall and baseboard. It looks great. He also knows how to use cement.
