Hi, We are Restoration 1 of Central Houston. We provide water, fire, and mold restoration services. We are available 24/7. Call anytime, no job is too small. We provide free moisture and mold inspections following any water event that may occur.
"We had work STARTED by this company 3 weeks ago. We found out they fired their entire field team on Friday morning 8/8/25 when no one showed up to finish the job. We were left with unserviced machines, tarp, trash, and unfinished work. We have MADE SEVERAL ATTEMPTS to contact them and cannot get anyone to call us back to resolve the situation. We HAD to hire another company and are still WAITING, 3 weeks later, for any form of communication from them. These photos are what this company left us to deal with. I would give them ZERO stars if it was an option. Do NOT hire this company!"

He had to remove a portion of the wall behind washer and dryer to locate the issue and pt ok vuu I de recommendations for the best repair approach. He did all this without charging a cent for his time and labor and I will definitively be calling n him once the base problem is resolved.
