"Chris was exceptional in communication and flexibility which helps since I’m always busy. The cleaning was quick and my curtains were good as new. I liked the finishing touch of a fresh scent he used after. Would hire again for another job!"

"Wonderful. Tim ended working Sunday to help us out. We were flooded during Harvey and needed the carpet cleaned in the rental we were moving into. Tim did not hesitate to help us out. This is the third time we have used All Pro and I would not hesitate to highly recommend. They have all the qualities I look for including pride of workmanship."

"I spoke with the owner about the back house I needed professionally cleaned, he arranged a time that worked for me and his crew came on the agreed time. The previous tenants had not cleaned the tub since they moved in a year and a half before needless to say it needed to be cleaned. I was pleased with the results and I will be giving them a call again."

"My apartment smelled great, the kitchen sink sparkled and everything just looked exceptionally wonderful. They did a fantastic job! Having your service after being away for a long weekend was a true blessing – what a pleasure it was not to have to think about dusting, sweeping, mopping and organizing! I came home to such an amazing job well done! Thank you again for taking the time and care to making my life that much easier!"

Drapery Cleaning questions, answered by experts

Regular vacuuming, spot cleaning, and dust-resistant sprays can help maintain freshness and prolong the time between professional cleanings.

Professionals remove dust, allergens, and stains while preserving fabric integrity and enhancing the appearance of window treatments.

You should avoid using a pressure washer on any surface or item that could be damaged by the high-pressure spray, as some materials are too delicate to withstand the force.

Key items and surfaces to avoid include:

  • Electrical Components: Never pressure wash electrical systems, as water can cause short-circuits and create a safety hazard. This includes utility meters, breaker boxes, electrical outlets, generators, and HVAC or air conditioner units.

  • Delicate and Fragile Materials: Fragile items can crack, shatter, or be stripped by the pressure. Avoid pressure washing windows, glass, light fixtures, shingled roofs (especially asphalt), and stucco.

  • Painted, Stained, or Sealed Surfaces: Unless your goal is to strip the finish, do not pressure wash painted surfaces, stained wood (like decks), or anything with a protective seal that could be stripped away. Be especially cautious with older surfaces that may contain lead paint.

  • Soft Woods and Certain Decking: Delicate surfaces like softwood, composite decking, and antique or wooden patio furniture can be etched or damaged. If you must wash wood, use a lower-powered pressure washer with a wide-angle nozzle to prevent damage.

  • Living Things: Never use a pressure washer on people, pets, or plants. The force can cause serious injury and will destroy landscaping.

You probably have mold on your shower curtains because mold and mildew thrive and spread in warm, dark, wet, and unventilated spaces. Your shower is the perfect environment, especially the shower curtains, because they trap water in the folds and creases, plus they’re exposed to the most water spray. The best way to ensure mold stays off your shower curtains is to keep it dry so it doesn’t have a place to grow. Doing this can also help keep mold off your bathroom ceiling.

You can clean curtains without washing them by vacuuming them and then steam cleaning or having them dry cleaned. When vacuuming, use a soft brush attachment if you’re working with a heartier material, like cotton or polyester. You can spot-treat stains with a stain remover after vacuuming, and then use a steam cleaner to clean the curtains from top to bottom. You can also bring them to a dry cleaner to have odors, dirt, stains, and allergens removed without washing them.
