"It went well.  ABSORB was punctual, professional, and very responsive on short notice.  They also performed their duties efficiently.  As far as the price and quality goes, it was good.  Not great, but good.  I would say great on price if I had other higher prices to compare it to for both the carpet/tile and the air duct cleaning on a comparable square footage.  But I don't, have a comparison, so the price was a little high for me, but I needed to get it done and they did it well.   I would say great on quality too if I had a great conditioned carpet and knew how dirty looking the air ducts were, but I don't so I feel the carpet/tile and air ducts were cleaned well, however not in spectacular night/day fashion.  Overall, you get a job well done for what seemed to me an above average price and they are straightforward on what that pricing will be before starting.  I've already referred them to friends who have inquired on such cleanings.

Everything went smoothly from the booking to the actual cleaning.  The maid showed up on time.  She was very detailed, cleaning the blinds and drapery and arranging my clothes properly in the laundry room.  She arranged my pots and pans in the kitchen cabinets.  She also cleaned the interior of my stove correctly and used eco friendly products, which was a big plus.  
My interior windows on the first floor were cleaned.  She also cleaned the exterior front porch windows along with the glass in my front door (inside and outside).  
She stayed over her scheduled time to ensure the master bathroom was spotless and my interior windows were properly cleaned.  The house looked great when she was done and she saved us a bunch of time.  We couldn't have been happier to have her help.
