They moved furniture from side to side to complete the cleaning and were extremely efficient in completing the work in the course of 3 hours. "The first time they actually bleached an area for pet damage and replaced the padding and we were very happy with the results. So we called him again to come clean our carpet in early September to clean and deodorize the entire house and again we were very happy with the thorough job and will call them again.  The only problem I had was I called him the week before Labor Day and he was going out of town so I had to wait until he returned.  But he was worth the wait.

"Flooring was installed in a room which was previously carpeted, and adjacent to a hardwood floor. I was told that it would be difficult to match the existing floor but the team did a great job and the small difference in color is barely noticeable. Dan and Pat did a great job."

"Roberto was great at guiding us through the process. He helped us choose our granite and tiles, responding to our suggestions and providing guidance an ideas on what we could do. He talked us through the requirements and when we wanted to add on our 1/2 bath to the original kitchen contract he worked ot make sure that the granite we purchased would fit the small bath without having to buy additional granite. His prices were the best out of five companies we approached but it was his manner and knowledge which made us select him not just the price.

"Tile floors look fantastic! They look like new to me. Mark did a great job explaining what the work would entail and spent a lot of time with me during the initial estimate. There was good communication throughout and fantastic results. The granite counters also looked great, but were not as bad off as the floors, so not as dramatic a difference. The technician who came to our home (sorry, I forgot his name) was very professional. Would definitely hire this company again."

"This is the 1st time I've ever had professional housecleaning services.  So, I really didn't know what to expect.  
I had done some 'precleaning in my house' prior to their arrival.
Things I liked:  Did thorough cleaning of bathrooms, windows, banisters, fans, oven, fridge door, kitchen tops and sinks.   2 ladies arrived very promptly and were very courteous/friendly.  I did point out an area of cobwebs that they 'missed' and they were willing to clean it out.  
Things that were disappointing:  There was still debris in my kitchen floor after they left.  I had to swiffer the kitchen area after they left and got quite a bit of dust/hair/debris still.  
But overall, they cleaned the areas I am not as good cleaning at (shower stall grime in corners, oven, kitchen sink, fans, windows).  But I was just surprised that the more 'normal/everyday cleaning areas' (ie high traffic kitchen floor) was not as clean.

"I want to thank the lady and her team who came to clean my house today.  Her name is Lu and she is one of the New Caney Movers house cleaners.  She called me prior to her arrival and told me about the scope of their service.  I have laminate floors in the living areas of the house, and Lu and company actually polished them!  The floor looks amazing!  I have two bedrooms, but one is my office and I asked her to skip that room (it's a mess, but it's MY mess!).  Anyway, they vacuumed the carpet in the master bedroom, and thoroughly cleaned both bathrooms (the tubs sparkle!), as well as the kitchen, right down to polishing the appliances.  I have stainless steel throughout the kitchen and there is not so much as a streak on any of the surfaces.  My granite counter tops also look amazing.
I am very pleased with this service.  I'm pretty neat but I will be using New Caney Movers every so often when I want a really thorough clean and don't have the time or the moral fiber to do it myself.  :)

"Great! We were getting it cleaned because we are trying to sell our house. They showed up and cleaned quickly and effectively. There were 2 stains that I wish the cleaner could have gotten up, but I think they were just too heavy of stains for a steam cleaner. Great job overall and easy to work with!"

"The job went fantastic! Shawn called about 45 minutes before he arrived, to ask if it was still convenient for him to come to the house, and he showed up in 45 minutes. He was very polite at the door, then when he came in he asked me about the work I wanted him to perform. This was great, do to the fact that when calling to arrange the service, it was difficult over the phone to explain what I needed done, to the lady in the office. She was very cordial, and we did agree on list of what I wanted done, but she did tell me that when the tech gets here and puts "his eyes" on the job, that he could adjust the pricing. I showed Shawn mama's bedroom {she's 90!}, with the carpet stains of different colors of "Ensure" that she has dropped, and one time when she fell and bleed on the carpet {She's ok now}. We had tried to clean the carpet with store bought products, but you know how that goes. Then in the large family room, where we hold large Italian dinner parties, there are two areas where wine was spilt on the carpet, very old stains been there for years, {another store bought products story}. Also, had some area rugs that needed cleaning. Within ten minutes Shawn was able to see all that I wanted, he explained different options and expected outcomes. I mean we had some really heavy duty & old stains. I let him start to do his thing, and mama and I had breakfast in the kitchen. About an hour later Shawn told me he was done, and yes, I paid him to apply a stain-guard hopefully that will help in the future. Again, Fabulous Job!! All the Ensure stains totally gone, most other's are gone, and a few are so reduced that most people will not notice them. The price was what I had figured on with the original office lady, plus the added cost of the stain guard. Will most definitely call for Sears Carper Cleaning, and especially request for Shawn to come back next time."
