"Father and daughter team showed up as planned and went straight to work. We had some buckles, not just wrinkles, plus the room lay out was tricky with a column. They moved the furniture, no small knock knack stuff, just the big stuff. Once they got close to being finished they called in their cleaning truck, very coordinated approach so nobody was tripping over each other. The cleaning solution was all natural and when everything was done the carpet looked absolutely new. 
The carpet is original to the house (12yrs) and was stretched just after we moved in because the installation was pretty poorly done by the builder. Nobody lives in the upstairs so the carpet had no wear, just unsightly wrinkles and buckles.
Carpet CPR made it look new, in fact better than new. Great folks.

Randy came over to look at the floor and he gave us a couple of price points. We chose a price option but wasn't sure how it will turn out. Randy told us he will come back same day to show us how the floor will look after he is done, he did come back and we loved the result.
We agreed on a date for the cleaning, Randy called ahead to let us know he was on his way. Though it took about 3-4 passes but the result is exactly what he promised us. He even fixed a few holes in the floor at no cost. The professionalism displayed by Randy and his dedication to his work was amazing. We will hire Randy again.

"Roberto came in right after Harvey on my daughters home that was for sale. She had an AC problem that wet the ceiling and some hardwood flooring. Roberto's guys came in and did a terrific job repairing and painting the ceiling, pulling up warped flooring and replacing it promptly. Everything looked great and we had a buyer two weeks later"

"Combined with the painting we already had done, the bathroom looks like new.  We probably saved about $15000 compared to demolishing and re-building the shower and tile floor.....including other work we would have had to do such as replacing the jacuzzi tub.  This completed the makeover on our master bath and we are thrilled to have found Sir Grout.  Kevin and Chad were fantastic, informative and pleasant to have in the house.  There was minimal disruption to the household and we will be able to start using it again within a few days.  Much better than a re-build for sure.

"This is the 1st time I've ever had professional housecleaning services.  So, I really didn't know what to expect.  
I had done some 'precleaning in my house' prior to their arrival.
Things I liked:  Did thorough cleaning of bathrooms, windows, banisters, fans, oven, fridge door, kitchen tops and sinks.   2 ladies arrived very promptly and were very courteous/friendly.  I did point out an area of cobwebs that they 'missed' and they were willing to clean it out.  
Things that were disappointing:  There was still debris in my kitchen floor after they left.  I had to swiffer the kitchen area after they left and got quite a bit of dust/hair/debris still.  
But overall, they cleaned the areas I am not as good cleaning at (shower stall grime in corners, oven, kitchen sink, fans, windows).  But I was just surprised that the more 'normal/everyday cleaning areas' (ie high traffic kitchen floor) was not as clean.

"I want to thank the lady and her team who came to clean my house today.  Her name is Lu and she is one of the New Caney Movers house cleaners.  She called me prior to her arrival and told me about the scope of their service.  I have laminate floors in the living areas of the house, and Lu and company actually polished them!  The floor looks amazing!  I have two bedrooms, but one is my office and I asked her to skip that room (it's a mess, but it's MY mess!).  Anyway, they vacuumed the carpet in the master bedroom, and thoroughly cleaned both bathrooms (the tubs sparkle!), as well as the kitchen, right down to polishing the appliances.  I have stainless steel throughout the kitchen and there is not so much as a streak on any of the surfaces.  My granite counter tops also look amazing.
I am very pleased with this service.  I'm pretty neat but I will be using New Caney Movers every so often when I want a really thorough clean and don't have the time or the moral fiber to do it myself.  :)
