Radiant Cleaning

Cannot recommend this company based on the unprofessional practices of the owner, Josh. He seemed to be making up the rules as he went along, often in conflict with the definition of services as featured on the website. The cleaners did a good job, but dealing with him made it an unpleasant experience, not worth continuing. I initially used the service on a trial basis. I retained them for a second cleaning but decided not to continue because of the trouble with Josh. I notified him via text that I would not be continuing. He made note of my communication. I then placed a negative review on Yelp. He then texted me that he would be charging me a $50 cancellation fee because of the negative review.

My experience was not good at all. The worst I’ve ever experienced actually. Either the person sent was new and had been trained, or she just did not want to do what she hired for. I sent photos that things that were listed on their site was not done and they sent the same cleaner back to do the things missed and she STILL didn’t complete the list. I sent new photos of the things STILL not cleaned and the response I got was very disappointing and rude. They said my 10-year old home was old and said “it’s not their responsibility to make an old home look new.” They also lied saying they rescheduled my appointment numerous times free of charge. They rescheduled me ONCE because my carpet was still wet from getting my carpet cleaned the day before they were originally scheduled. All in All, I booked a move in/out cleaning and everything that was listed on the site was not done. If I could attach photos to my review you’d be appalled. In the photos you can clearly see things such as cleaning the window sills, cleaning the baseboards, spot cleaning the walls, dusting the ceiling fans (I have pictures of the dust still on the ceiling fans after BOTH visits from the cleaner. NOT TO MENTION SHE USED A BROOM THE FIRST DAY TO DUST THEM. Of course that didn’t clean them!), wiping down the light switches, cleaning the tub (there was still literal hair pieces from a razor blade), and more. I’m so disappointed and asked for at least a partial refund and they have not responded after telling me I am unrealistic.

The cleaners came and made my parent’s house so beautiful and clean. They were very detailed, and really took their time and got into corners that would’ve been overlooked by the average eye. Will definitely be using their services again:)

I recently hired radiant cleaning, and I must say, I was thoroughly impressed. The lady who came to clean my apartment was not only quick but also incredibly thorough. Every nook and cranny was spotless by the time she was finished. I appreciated her attention to detail and how efficiently she worked. My apartment has never looked better. I highly recommend this cleaning company to anyone in need of a reliable and thorough cleaning service.
