We have tried our absolute best to reason with you and explain that you about the conditions of your linen sofa. \nThe photo you have attached IS NOT an accurate photo of what the sofa looked like when we sent our supervisor Chris out to take a look.\n\nI will attach the actual photo so that you can see the sofa was PROPERLY cleaned up to our standards. You can even see our blue hose coming through the door in the photo. \n\nDuring the touch up service you demanded a deeper steam be done to your sofa because “thats what you paid for” ignoring the low moisture cleaning recommendations of our IICRC certified cleaning technicians.\n\nIts likely that someone applying too much moisture to your sofa with a home cleaning machine, or perhaps allowing other low cost cleaners to “test” a spot on your sofa caused the water marks youre experiencing. \n\nWe are likely STILL able to correct the water stains that you said 2 other cleaners are afraid to tackle, but we would have to use a low moisture cleaning technique, which we know you are against. \n\nWe tried to give you some time and patience as you wanted us to wait 2 weeks to let your newly painted porch dry so that we wouldnt chip or crack anything, which we did. Interestingly enough you forgot to mention in your review that you are demanding a FULL refund even though your carpet cleaning came out wondefully, as you told us in your text messages (Photos Attached) \n\nThen you said they werent as good as you liked and asked us to come re-clean them, we agreed to do that for you, then you immediately said no, and demanded a full refund.\n\nWe work hard to maintain a good reputation and would like to resolve this with you in a way that leaves you satisfied with our efforts to get your couch in good shape.
