"STAY AWAY! Complete price gouging. I recently had an estimate (no free estimate - cost $175 just to see the issues) for a complete pool equipment replacement - 2 pumps, a booster, and two lights - the bid cam in EXTREMELY HIGH. I did a quick google search on the SAME EXACT PUMP quoted in the estimate and it was $1500 cheaper than what was on the estimate. When I confronted the company - they said this was inclusive of "labor". When I asked if I bought the equipment elsewhere and then they installed, they said it would be $500. SO - $1000 mark up on a $2000 pump. CRIMINAL. They will over charge you - ironically - they are titled "integrity". Pass along!"

"I hired Rio to service our pool, and while things started well, communication and consistency quickly declined. At the beginning, we agreed that service would be on the same day and time each week, and that I?d receive a text before arrival since I have three large dogs with access to the yard. Initially, this was followed, and there were no issues. However, after a few weeks the technician entered my yard unannounced, which startled both my dogs and my husband. Despite having previously discussed this, no heads-up was given. Following that, the technician stopped coming, and the owner began servicing the pool instead. He informed us about a pump issue and quoted $800 to replace it; my husband was able to replace it the next day for half the cost. I notified Rio that the pump was fixed. From then on, service was inconsistent. Instead of the agreed-upon day and time, I would receive texts only 15?20 minutes before arrival. While inconvenient, I adjusted since I worked from home. "
