North Point Services

This is an update. I would give North Point Pools a Ten if possible. Chris was engaged throughout the reinstallation of my pool pump, filter, heater and control system. There were configuration software issues that Hayward had to become involved with. And Chris stay engaged throughout to make sure the system operated as it was supposed to. He made sure everything was good to go as my family of 20+ was showing up for the 4th of July. Thanks Chris!!!!!

Chris and his crew were very professional, courteous and hard working. I started with and inop heater and blower motor. My last elec/gas bill convinced me, it was time to rethink the problem. Chris was very informative and answered all my questions and submitted a quote. We negotiated a little bit. He did the work in extras, and I only paid the quote. You can see the original pad that held the old equip. The new is very energy efficient. He had an electrician that worked with him, and they brought everything up to code and ensured everything was safe. As for hardworking, they installed at the end of March, when we had all the rain, and they worked through all of that. I would have given them 6 stars! If I have any other pool problems Chris and North Point services are my first stop.

Gabe is a very loyal, committed and thorough technician who is so easy to talk with. He spends alot of good time at my house ensuring he gets the job done. Highly recommend him to service your pool anytime!

As others have said, Chris called me immediately after I submitted my request to Angi. I had plaster that had algae stains. Chris knew immediately what to do. During this time my pump was going out and recommended Ron from Patriot Pool Service who also did an outstanding job. Chris and his brother did an awesome job!!
