"STAY AWAY! Complete price gouging. I recently had an estimate (no free estimate - cost $175 just to see the issues) for a complete pool equipment replacement - 2 pumps, a booster, and two lights - the bid cam in EXTREMELY HIGH. I did a quick google search on the SAME EXACT PUMP quoted in the estimate and it was $1500 cheaper than what was on the estimate. When I confronted the company - they said this was inclusive of "labor". When I asked if I bought the equipment elsewhere and then they installed, they said it would be $500. SO - $1000 mark up on a $2000 pump. CRIMINAL. They will over charge you - ironically - they are titled "integrity". Pass along!"

I started designing pools in January of 1997 for a larger family owned company that was at the time located in Plano. After working in the mall for a large company with striped referee like shirts after high school, I started on a drafting board using a mechanical pencil. After about 4 years hand drawing, I learned to design using the Auto CAD 2D program. Now I use CAD to initially design, then trace if requested into a 3d rendering. In 2008, the economy took a nosedive. I was working for another company in the metroplex at the time and was let go based on how sales were slowing almost to a complete stop. I knew that everyone that already had an older pool needed to be maintained. I started selling remodels full time from 2008 until now. I got back into designing and selling new pools in 2020. I will continue to do remodels as that is my "bread and butter" . When I sell a new project, it is a great bonus! I refuse to build and remodel more pools than 1 person can handle.

The owner disappeared and ignored our messages for three weeks?we?re still trying to get in touch, but there?s been no response. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this company for a remodel. I genuinely trusted them and chose them over three other quotes. One of the main reasons I went with them is that they?ve been cleaning my pool for the past year and a half and have done a good job with that. However, their remodel work is poor in several areas, and I truly regret my decision. "

He shared some good ideas with us, which we used. He has an operations gentleman named Dearl Brewer, who is also fantastic at setting up and repairing the equipment. They were fair and reasonable in the pricing and delivered excellent quality work. I don't think you will find a better pool company than this. Believe me, I shopped the metroplex. If you don't use Luxe Laggon, you had better do your research. I found many companies out there that will take advantage of you. After the job, I could not be more pleased with Steve and his company.
