We have been with Tropix Pools for 4 years. I have had the best experience with them. Triston is amazing! He always answers my text if I have any issues. They do a fantastic job cleaning and balancing the pool! I couldn’t be happier with the level of professionalism they always have. 5 stars for sure!

Pool looks great only problem was any small item that came up there was an extra charge. The job ended up costing quite a bit more than original estimate. The quality work though was outstanding and I would still recommend them because of the work they did. The pool ended up looking much better than original. Original pool deck had settled and Leaked rain water into house. House is now dry after any rain no matter how much.

I choose Tropix because they provided a detailed estimate of what was included and what repairs might be needed and could cost extra. I was never surprised. At each stage I was told what was to be done next and when. The work was done in stages that were usually completed in a day and cleanup was great. The crews were skilled and very considerate; no radios, no trash left behind. Best of all, in a few weeks we had a better than new pool that will last 20 plus years.

Jake kept close track of the project and moved it on quickly. I appreciated his close involvement. He was reasonable on the final price and was accommodating on small change orders we did. The crew that did the deck work were awesome: the worked extremely hard and fast and the result was beautiful. The acid wash that was done made the pool and spa look new. I am very happy with Tropix and would use them again for any pool or deck needs.

I ended up hiring this company after a company called SPRS did a horrible job! Stevie from SPRS made all kinds of promises, but always had excuses on why things weren't done. A one week job took 3 months and still didn't get completed. So I called Jake from Tropix and he came out the same day and within a short period of time the project was competed. Should have used them from the start. Make sure to check company's google, yelp, facebook reviews before you hire them or just use these guys.

Jake started off well by keeping me informed and workers usually came. Then after the pooled was filled cracks appeared. It took a long time to figure out what needed to happen. Finally, the problem was solved under warranty. Now there is a leak but Jake is taking care of that too.

We received several bids and ended going with Tropix. We are so pleased that we did as Jake managed our pool renovation with the upmost attention and stayed on top of everything to the last detail. Our representative, Jack Sprong, was very proactive and gave us great confidence in this project. He explained each phase of our project, called us with the crew schedule and stopped by at each new stage of the pool to make sure all was going well and we were happy. The crews were excellent, very friendly and left the area completely cleaned up prior to their leaving for the day. Our pool, new plaster and tiles are absolutely stunning. Thank you Tropix Pools, Jake and crew. We have already recommended you to some of our friends who want to update their pools.
