All we had was a concrete slab and they framed, roofed, ran elec, screened, installed doors and painted. We couldn t be happier with the quality and results. After contacting them thru Home Advisor Randy quickly responded with a call, visit and estimate. They were on the job within a matter of days and worked late into the evening every day. Work was great quality and completed on schedule including a couple of remodel projects inside the house. "When I bought this house, it was was filthy, smelled horrible from outside even, was rodent and roach-infested. Counters, floors were wet and rotting. Everything had to be torn out and rebuilt. Now my home is beautiful. The bathrooms are lovely. There were no short-cuts or rush jobs, or anything left unfinished. I’ve had neighbors and friends who are in building and construction admire and compliment the high quality of the work done on my home. Most people who come in comment on the beautiful flooring, or the cleanliness of the walls and ceilings. I live in a quiet, gated community and there was never a complaint about a mess outside or noise. Very clean."

"I have had over 30 contractors at my home as it has been basically rebuilt.  This company has been the most professional i have dealt with.  Showed up on time, communicated progress, cleaned up at the end of each day COMPLETELY, came with all necessary tools and supplies.
Along the width of the house, all of the walls were removed from the floor to aprox 2 feet.  Lower portion of studs and base plates removed, walls sealed with amazing product, studs, base plate and walls replaced (not the sheetrock).  All lower level floors sealed.
We have had over 5" of rain in the last 24 hours.  This is the first time since i have owned this house that the floors have not flooded when we have saturated soil and heavy rain.

"OUTSTANDING Experience! In today’s service environment, it’s become an incredible challenge just to find a responsive resource, let alone hoping they’re credible, knowledgeable, dependable, and honest! However, we were so fortunate to find it all, and then some, with Joseph at JDS. From the consultation phase, through to project completion, Joseph was amazing with two major projects. First, we utilized his services on-site for major interior / exterior updates in preparation to sell our home in Texas ... kitchen, baths, floors, fence, roof, backyard hardscaping, deck repairs ... just to mention a few. Thanks to his expertise, the house sold in one day. We then again tapped into his expertise remotely throughout the extensive search, purchase, and renovation phases of our new home in New Hampshire. The pandemic made it almost impossible to find reliable resource, and he made himself available yet again throughout all phases of consult / oversight for kitchen upgrades, reconfigure of unfinished lower level space to include build-out of a closet, convert a half bath to a three quarter by adding a shower, install of new floors, which gave us the ability to convert the space into a guest suite with a bedroom and living area. Additionally, he is assisting with finish out of drop ceilings, roof repairs, and much, much more. There’s not much about a home he’s not well versed on. Even with a few unexpected challenges on both projects, we always knew his calm and caring manor would bring them to resolution. In summary, his services have been invaluable. After the New Year, we look forward to engaging him again remotely for the last phase of our lower level build out ... a game / video room.
