I was very disappointed with his work. I would say for some of the work he did the price was too high. If it would have all been done correctly it would have been a good price. We got the price, but not the quality. He called right back and showed up when he said. Actually he showed up too early. We would set a time and he would be here an hour early. Then when we would try to reach him after hours, or on a Saturday when we were purchasing some of the things he would be installing we could not get a hold of him. I found out later he says when he goes home after work he charges his work phone in the garage and doesn't look at it until the next morning and the same thing on the weekends. He doesn't respond whatsoever if it is after his hours. I noticed throughout him being here for the entire day that he never washed his hands. We provided those big black outdoor garbage bags for him to load each commode in as he took it off the floor so he could put it inside the bag right there and then take it out. He never used the bags. He would just use his hands and go through the house and outside with the commodes or whatever else he was taking. When you are handling all of that kind of stuff your hands are very nasty and he never washed or wore gloves and took them off to do the next thing. Everything had to be cleaned- all the doorknobs, doors, walls around where he worked-everything. I was really grossed out and spent a lot of time cleaning. I cleaned anything he would have touched. Things near the shower and the counter tops. Every single thing.

Keith was wonderful!  We planned for him to sneak in and install a beautiful new kitchen faucet as a surprise for Christmas!  It went perfect, awesome work, will definitely use again!!

Great work. Will use again. The three top rated plumbers have increased their prices by 50%.Roket Owner has more reasonable prices and performs most work himself. His work is actually better at about 20% lower cost. Very professional and offers great suggestions on saving money. Very customer oriented and professional.

He was fast and efficient.  But you have the name spelled wrong   See  ROKET PLUMBING.

My house is about 40 years old. I had Rocket Plumbing install 2 new replacement commodes. I had them install the more efficient eco flush commodes. They did a good job, price was fair and they responded quickly. They removed and hauled away the old commodes for me.

Keith and his helper arrived as planned and quickly replaced the faucet in the kitchen

He's very good and extremely accommodating.  He went out of his way to work with us on this last issue.  He's very professional and is a licensed, master plumber.  I would recommend him to others.  In fact, I even called him for my bathroom leaking issue and he was upfront about his ability to handle that size of a job and recommended that I use another provider.

The experience was very good. Keith Fennell is strictly professional and he just does great work. He is just an outstanding person. He didn't charge me and said that it was no big deal. He is very professional. He would be the one I would call if I needed anything to do with plumbing.
