"First let me just say that we are absolutely thrilled with our major re-imagining of our kitchen, new conservatory room and of course our master bathroom. Tell projects is a family owned business. We selected them from others we interviewed because they have an excellent reputation and provide personal service and attention to detail from the design phase to demolition, construction and finishing. Ours was a major renovation involving changing the entire load bearing structure of our house, creating new indoor space from what was previously an outdoor patio and then a complete renovation of our entire kitchen and master bathroom. All of the work was custom made and executed by Tell's own craftsmen. The attention to detail was quite impressive, right down to the project manager personally walking our property regularly with us to plan and make adjustments to the project as necessary. With such a major renovation, invariably, changes will be made and delays will occur due to weather, materials on backorder etc, but throughout the entire process, the design team, the project manager and the staff at Tell were always working to meet and exceed our needs. We even had regular discussions with the owner who often reached out to us to gauge our level of satisfaction. There is no such thing as a perfect world, and there were times when we had some concerns about some minor issues relating to prep work ahead of our appliance install date, but the folks at Tell were relentless and they got it right and the end result was spectacular. Kudos to Ellie, Adrianna, Zach, Adner, Fernando , Denis and Gustavo. I know I have not mentioned everyone due to space constraints but let me leave with this. If you want your project completed as perfectly as possible by people who actually CARE about their work and take pride in what they do, choose Tell Projects but hey, don't take my word for it....look for yourself"

She helped me design my bathroom and incorporate my ideas about color and technology while still keeping a holistic and modern aesthetic. Each member of the team had a specific role and completed their tasks regardless of how many changes I wanted. I'd recommend them to anyone else looking for high end design and construction."

He patiently explained to us, along with our daughter & son-in-law, what needed to be done and why certain changes in the original plan were necessary. "Brandon returned my call promptly and came out to give a detailed estimate for painting, repairing, and doing small remodeling work on my home to get it ready to sell. I decided not work with him almost before he was done completing the estimate, because I felt like he insulted my home and my subdivision. He went so far as to say he wouldn't bother doing any of the remodeling work if he were me because I live in "fill-in-the-blank subdivision" and you won't get your money back. I will note that the repairs and small remodeling work I specifically asked him to do, were the specific items my real estate agent suggested for a better resale value of my home, based on my neighborhood. Brandon even went so far as to suggest that the quality of people in my neighborhood and the schools we are zoned to are sub-par.

"Julie Corley was the perfect interior designer to create a new design for our family room that gave a 50-year-old home a fresh, updated look. Her design expertise from years of experience was evident from the start. She helped us tear out old shelving and cabinetry to create a beautiful accent wall, as well facelift the old brick fireplace with beautifil stone veneer, and select new flooring throughout the downstairs. In addtion, she created a new living space in the family room with a unique furniture placement design that created a much more inviting and intimate space to enjoy with company. Her expertise with helping us select materials and colors ensured a beautifully blended look that we would never have been able to achieve on our own. In addition, all of Julie's contractors were experts in their craft and the workmanship was superior. The icing on the cake: Julie is a fun person to be around and fun to work with. "Mr. Basel and his team do amazing work. From the start to finish, even before signing a contract with them to start the work, it was a good experience. Every time I look at the work they've done, I'm so thankful we went with them to complete the work. Mr. Basel was accommodating, patient and considerate throughout the entire process. One point to emphasize: if you're flexible about the design and execution, you'll enjoy working with them. If you're inflexible about changes (i.e. desired tile out of stock, wonky dimensions, etc.), you'll be frustrated. Overall, the cost, quality of work, lead time and experience cannot be beat. We definitely plan to work with them on future projects and gladly recommend them to our friends."

"After visiting with many companies, we found Albert at Floors Galore by Halfon. He was very knowledgeable and had very affordable pricing for the remodeling we wanted to do. They renovated the entire upper floor of our house. They installed new laminate flooring and painted our walls, doors, and baseboards. They remodeled two bathrooms completely, installing new vanities, granite countertops, and tiled our floors and showers. The crews were FANTASTIC. We will be visiting him again for the rest of our remodel in the future."
