"I have used Htowne for multiple projects, the latest and largest was a two-bedroom second floor addition over the master suite (itself an earlier addition by a previous owner) in our 1930's vintage home in Eastwood. They were able to take the project from a loose "hand-waving and pointing" idea in my head all the way through design, structural engineering and architecture to completion and incorporate the ideas and desires we had for the space. They went above and beyond to make sure the rest house remained livable and unmolested since we stayed in our home (with kids!) through the entire process (though we did have to give up our master suite for a couple months). Very professional, highly recommended, and look forward to working with them again."

"Back in November 2024, my husband and I discussed remodeling the kitchen to something brighter and more spacious. The brown cabinets made the kitchen look dark and dreary. After meeting with several contractors, we hired Tell Projects. We met with Adrianna who listened to our vision for the remodel, listened to our concerns and provided us with their credentials. She set out to design what the kitchen could look like. Once we received the estimate and signed the contract we set a start date. We were given a 3–4-week time frame, allowing for anything unexpected (like snowstorm Enzo on January 21 and 22). Project started January 2, 2025, with the demo, and was completed on January 27, 2025, with touch up painting and walk through. We could not be happier with the results. The pictures do not do justice to what our kitchen now looks like, All the workers were courteous, friendly and professional. Some of the workers even offered suggestions on how to make the design more user friendly and complimentary. They left the site clean every time they worked on it. They replaced our front and back decks, repaired a leaking pipe, changed several light fixtures, removed an old dish network dish, hung and painted several doors, and mounted a TV. They had to break the wall out and frame it for the mount and it looks exactly like it did before.
